Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to honor an appointment, please inform the salon. We ask for a 24 hour in advance notice excluding extreme circumstances. This policy allows us time to inform stand-by clients of availability, so that we may serve everyone better. After three “No call, no show” occurrences, a credit card must be placed on file for future appointments or you may be placed on a “walk-in only” status which is automatically placed on the customer profile. This status does not allow booking of appointments, but one is welcome to walk-in for an appointment. Thank you for your patronage, Snips.
